While many drivers prefer to hit the road in fully stocked class A motorhomes and enjoy the luxuries abound in these high-class vehicles, others equate their RV experience with roughing it and camping in the outdoors. Fortunately for those drivers who hope to use their RVs to connect to the great outdoors, Indiana-based manufacturer Starcraft is launching a new line of low-weight travel trailers that hope to give owners the best camping experience money can buy. Dubbed the AR-One, the new travel trailer comes in three floor plans that can sleep between two and five. Inside, travelers will find a two-burner range, a three cubic-feet refrigerator, a 6-gallon gas water heater and safety glass windows. The AR-One is not without its luxuries either, as other features include satellite TV, iPod connectivity and a 5,000-watt AC unit. Starcraft 's national sales manager, Brent Froman, claims that the new vehicle was designed to show that the company is all about camping. "The goal was to go beyond creating a light-weight, travel trailer that can be pulled by the average family vehicle," said Froman. "We wanted to give consumers a unique product that offers the necessities they need for a quality camping experience, a good value product at an aggressive price. The AR-ONE is that product."
