The winter months can be torturous for full-time RV owners. Spending several cold months lodged up in the Northeast can't be good living. Therefore, many people migrate to the Southwest, where the weather is dry and warm all year round. Easily some of the most popularly visited states during the winter months are Arizona, New Mexico and Nevada. The desert-like environments rarely drop in temperature and the sunny weather makes for great outdoor camping well into the months of January and February.
RVs have continued to develop into more technological vehicles. The 2012 models have just been showcased and the industry-leading manufacturers have stepped up their innovative thinking and designed RVs that take the amenities of a stationary home and bring them on the road.
One such model comes from CrossRoads. The Sunset Trailer Reserve includes a floor plan called the Party Barge, complete with a 32-inch flat screen TV mounted on an entertainment slide that shifts from the interior to the exterior. The latest CrossRoads model allows entertainment to take place inside during poor weather or outside when the sun is shining.
