 Though summer is typically the busy season for RV shows and events, drivers in central California will be getting a jump on the process this spring when the 19th Annual Spring RV Show and Sale comes to the Alameda County Fairgrounds in Pleasanton, California, from May 12-22.
The event, which is a production of GoodTimes Promotions, will feature hundred of new and used RVs ranging from fifth wheels and travel trailers to fully-loaded class C motorhomes. Accessory manufacturers, campgrounds and other related industries will also have a presence at the show.
GoodTimes is anticipating a healthy turnout, citing a recent study from the Recreational Vehicle Industry Association that revealed that more than half of RV owners are expecting to use their vehicles more this year.
"We know gas prices are putting a damper on vacation plans, but RVing is a great way to travel without breaking the bank," said Mike Nohr, GoodTimes' president. "We're glad to help outfit RVs with the latest accessories to make people's trips as comfortable as possible -- or even get them into a new ride."
