It takes a special kind of person to take to the roads in a class B motorhome and explore the country, it takes another to customize them. Pilgrim Films and Television, the producers behind such hit TV series as American Chopper and Dirty Jobs, are hoping to find the most interesting drivers, builders and customizers of the RV world for a new show that hopes to show the fun side of motorhome ownership and construction. Taking its cues from other customization shows like "Overhaulin'" and "Monster Garage," the show will follow the customization process from start to finish, with special attention paid to unique and extravagant requests for buses and RVs. Tentatively titled "Road Warrior," the show is looking for a "company [that] has an exciting, colorful group of technicians, designers and experts who make RV magic every day and deserve to be seen on TV," according to the producers' press release. The show will also feature interviews with the customers requesting these unique renovations to gain a better understanding of how the RV community thinks and works.
