A Taiwan home-networking company has converted a recreational vehicle into an on-the-go home filled with communications gear to display to people interested in purchasing new in-home technology.
The "Z-Home" is completely filled with communications technology including, wireless modems, wireless routers and home security technology, according to the Pattaya Mail. It made its first stop at the Central Festival at Pattaya Beach on July 8.
The goal of the recreational vehicle (RV) is to boost the company's recognition while alerting people what technology is available to them and where they can get it. The Z-Home will be traveling across Taiwan through October giving demonstrations as well as handing out prizes, according to the news source.
RVs are appealing to vacationers because of their versatility as shown by Zyxel's use of the Z-Home. Companies should consider purchasing an RV to help boost their recognition, as it is an easy way to get to numerous destinations across the country while also being cost effective. According to Woodalls, traveling in an RV is 60 percent less expensive than traveling by a plane, bus or train and staying in a hotel.
