Though there is a lot of fun and adventure to be had as a full-time RVer, it can at times be a struggle to share the same space with the same people for several months of the year - especially when it comes to parents. Yet one mother-daughter combination is currently on the road together and exploring the country as a family this summer. Mary Lou Sottung and her 30-year-old daughter, Nicole, have been traveling the country for a few months now, documenting their time in their class C motorhome on their travel blog, RVederci. The pair started their trip shortly after Mary Lou retired from teaching last year. After selling her house and buying a new motorhome, the couple set out to see the country. Nicole, who had been working in India for the past six years, leapt at the chance to see the country with her mother. Their travels have taken them from Syracuse, New York, south through Ohio, West Virginia, Florida, Texas and more before heading west through Arizona and Nevada and back up through California and Washington. When asked how they get along, Mary Lou said that their relationship has never been stronger, though her daughter's knack for technology has been the biggest boon. "We really get along well and share the work and responsibilities," she told King5.com. "I couldn't have done it without her technological expertise."
