While the country's economy has been slowly returning to normalcy, millions of industries have continued to struggle in the wake of the worst economic recession since the Great Depression. The RV industry, fortunately, has been making a steady return to profitability over the past several months, even creating jobs in troubled areas like California. ABC News is reporting that a recently brokered deal between MVP RV and Riverside, California-based manufacturer Inland Empire will bring back scores of new jobs as the companies attempt to manufacture upwards of 30,000 vehicles for export to China in the coming years. The vehicles, which will include everything from pop-up campers and travel trailers to full-sized class C motorhomes and toy haulers, will bring around $310 million in revenue into the region anc create roughly 1,300 new jobs in the next 4 months. "They're winning by getting this high-level product and we obviously get a lot of dollars and put a lot of people back to work," said Scott Degnan, the vice president of sales and marketing at MVP RV.
