When plotting a course for a summer adventure, choosing the right campground is essential. Yet with so many different locations to pick from, it may be difficult to find the proper resting spot for one's family. Thankfully, drivers can avoid parking their class B motorhomes in a rundown resort by perusing the new user-review section of Camping.com. The new feature, which features columns integrated from sister site GuestRated.com, sees RVers providing write-ups of campgrounds, resorts and national parks across the U.S. and Canada. From good to bad, these reviews should be helpful in knowing where to set up camp, and which places to avoid at all costs. Kelly O'Bryan, the Executive Vice President of marketing for Camping.com, believes that the creation of a campground-based review site was long overdue. "Mainstream travelers have long had access to reviews and ratings for vacation lodging but campers and RVers have had a much more difficult time finding information about campgrounds and RV parks," said O'Bryan. "GuestRated changes that. We are encouraging campers and RVers to visit [the site] to add reviews of their favorite RV Parks and Campgrounds."
